About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs, focusing on talent acquisition for high-demand and niche roles in banking and fintech.
Lead mass hiring efforts, managing end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring initiatives with precision and speed.
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and optimize hiring timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, success rates, and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and efficient recruitment processes.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the fintech and banking industries.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within the banking or fintech sector.
Proven expertise in high-volume hiring, with a track record of successfully filling large numbers of positions within tight timeframes.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on a positive candidate experience.
